Lunaire’s Forced Air Burn In and Steady State Ovens and Chambers
are specifically designed to meet the rigors of constant heat requirements,
whether in a laboratory or production environment. The ovens are
available in six convenient sizes to accommodate a variety of uses,
from the one cubic foot bench-top model for small capacity applications,
to the popular, twenty-eight cubic foot model that provides ample
workspace for larger projects and production runs.

These ovens are also well suited to reliability, quality, and research

Features of Forced Air Burn In and
Steady State Ovens
- A fully-welded framework of two inch angle iron to ensure structural
integrity
- Through-wall ports that are continuously welded
- A wear-resistant,
flexible silicone gasket is applied to the perimeter of the door
opening to ensure a tight seal
- Each oven is supplied with a practical
number of solid stainless steel shelves that can hold up to 135 pounds
per shelf and are
adjustable on half-inch increments to accommodate any arrangement
of loading
patterns
- The shelves, as well as the duct side-walls are removable
for easy cleaning
- A Watlow controller with digital selection and digital indication
of actual oven conditions is standard
- A highly
reliable platinum RTD sensor constantly measures oven temperature
