Gruenberg Ships One Cabinet Oven to the Aerospace Industry
Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg cabinet oven to the aerospace industry.
The operating temperature of this oven is between 200ºF and 550ºF. It has a maximum temperature of 550ºF and meets the ISO class 7 cleanliness standard. Using HEPA filters to maintain air cleanliness, this Gruenberg cabinet oven will be manufactured silicon-free. It will utilize Viton door gaskets, non-silicone HEPA filter gaskets and media, caulking, and gasket sheets instead of standard silicone material.
This oven meets the Aerospace Material Specification 2750 (AMS2750) standards for pyrometry. In other words, it is in accordance with the specifications that are required for heat-treating of metallic materials.
