Gruenberg Ships One Truck-In Oven to the Medical Industry
Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg Truck-In Oven to the medical industry.
This oven has an operating temperature of 250ºF to 325ºF and has a maximum temperature of 450ºF. It has interior dimensions of 30” W x 59” D x 79” H and the interior chamber is made entirely out of stainless steel. It is insulated with mineral wool with the walls and ceiling having 4 inches of insulation. The exterior of the Truck-In Oven is made from cold rolled steel with exterior cabinet dimensions of 49.75” W x 67.63” D x 104.50” H.
All interconnecting struts on this Truck-In Oven are non-continuous from the inner to outer walls which keeps the exterior as cool as possible. It also is equipped with an automatic pneumatic lock which controls the door lock in a specific sequence. During the curing cycle, the door is locked. It automatically unlocks after it completes the cool-down cycle. In the event of an electrical loss of power, the door will remain locked. In the event of a pressure loss, the lock will hold its position. The machine has status lights throughout the cycle to indicate the lock or unlocked condition of the door.
The Truck-In Oven has a high circulation-volume of 3500 CFM, to keep a uniform heat distribution and to optimize efficiency; the airflow is horizontal within the work chamber.
