Gruenberg Ships One Vertical Conveyor Oven to the Manufacturing Industry

Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg Vertical Conveyor Oven to the manufacturing industry.

The operating temperature of this oven is 270ºF while the maximum temperature is 400ºF. The chamber’s interior dimensions are 52” W x 60” D x 92” H, and it is made from stainless steel. The oven has 4” thick insulation and an exterior of stainless steel and cold rolled steel. The conveyor is comprised of an attachment chain with tray supports.

This Gruenberg Vertical Conveyor Oven has a high volume 6135 CFM horizontal airflow system installed. The 7.5 HP direct drive motor drives the 15” diameter circulation blower on the bottom of the oven. The interior transport system has a vertical accumulator and has a capacity for over 60 trays. It has two independent vertical conveyors (one going up and one going down).
