Thermal Product Solutions Ships Gruenberg Truck-in-Oven to the Technology Industry
Thermal Product Solutions, a global manufacturer of thermal-processing equipment, announced the shipment of a Gruenberg truck-in-oven to the technology industry. The oven is rated for Class A operation to handle processing solvents per the NFPA 86 specifications.
This Gruenberg unitized oven has a maximum temperature rating of 650° F and work chamber dimensions of 144” W x 84” D x 72” H. The Gruenberg oven is comprised of two compartments separated by an 8” center mullion, constructed from a structural steel frame that supports the 304-stainless steel chamber liner and the exterior sheet metal. All interconnecting struts are non-continuous which keeps the exterior cool.
This truck-in oven utilizes horizontal airflow which maximize heating rates and temperature uniformity of the product load. Two circulation blowers with variable frequency drives are in a conditioning plenum chamber on the top of the oven. These blowers direct air through a diffuser panel to flow horizontally across the product. The air exits the work chamber on the opposite side duct wall back to the heaters for reheating and recirculation.
“Gruenberg products are designed to meet the highest standards of safety specifications. This truck-in oven required a Class A rating to safely remove solvents released during the heating process.”- Denny Mendler, Gruenberg Product Manager
